Certificate of Tax Disclosure (2)

Do I have to answer?

Didn't find your answer?

I have received a letter to me as both tax payer and 'agent for the tax payer', the standard 'offshore assets, income or gains' letter. Whilst I am 99% happy that I have declared all arising from what were inherited assets from my late wife, I am always reluctant to sign a definitive statement that 'my tax affairs do not need updating...etc'.

I should be grateful for thoughts on whether it is better to sign the decalration (2) or ignore the 'invitation'.

If you have access to a computer, Google brings up a multitude of apparently useful articles.
