We have a problem changing the clients address in the clients government Gateway for PAYE.
We have entered the address and ticked the box, but nothing happens when we click the 'Next' button.
We can't change it any other way as we are not yet the PAYE agent for this client. Requesting online PAYE authorisation would send the code to the 'old' address.
Any ideas anyone?

Had something similar months ago. The client was able to change it themselves over the phone. Telephone: 0300 200 3401
Same for us all at present, doesn't work on either client's or agent's log in:-
