With landlords not being eligible for letting relief from April 2020
If landlords have been letting prior to this period (Private Residence previously) but say sell the property in April 2020. They would not be eligible for any letting relief ?
What happens if the selling process has started but not completed until April 2020. Therefore sellers would still not eligible for letting relief ?
I would assume in next month or so they maybe an influx of properties on the market as the tax impact can be huge for a property jointly owned.
