Can anyone recommend a formation agent to form a charity? Ideally, an all inclusive service from forming a limited by Guarantee company, through to the Charities Commission registration. I've been quoted around £500 + VAT. What's the going rate?

Sorry missed this before
we use http://www.companyregistrations.co.uk to form the companies but then deal with Ch Com & HMRC ourselves.
CVS
Contact your local CVS (Council for Voluntary Service) or VCA (Voluntary Commuity Action) as they will often have people who will guide the trustees through the process of doing it themselves for little or no charge.
