Charity is a company limited by guarantee

Charity is a company limited by guarantee

Didn't find your answer?

As per advice given previously in "Any Answers" I am preparing accounts using VT software. I have adapted the accs to show appropriate presentation and policies etc eg no share capital

The company has not traded in year to 31st March 2011

Are there any other factors which I should take into account?

Many thanks

The SORP

The main thing would be that the normal company template won't produce a SORP-compliant set of charity accounts.

For that you'll probably need to buy one of the specialist VT templates from SORPAID: http://shop.sorpaid.com/producttype.php?id=7
