Childcare as a business expense

Childcare as a business expense

Didn't find your answer?

Hello,

I am wondering the best way people are treating childcare expenses through their limited company.

Is it correct that they would not be a business expense but rather a personal one?

Thanks in advance

What does your Accountant say?

Please, please do not say you haven’t got one, because you need one extremely urgently.

It's a discussion group.

It's not an accountant.

The point is that the answer to a question may (and often will) differ from company to company. To get the advice most appropriate to its circumstance, a company (or its directors) would do best to discuss its circumstance with an advisor.

Trivial example: is the company business the provision of childcare?

The best time to take advice is before the tradimg starts

You could consider salary sacrifice
