CIS and Xero or QB

which cloud software is easiest to use when reporting CIS matters?

Didn't find your answer?

A prospective client (limited company) which is a registered subcontractor is wishing to adopt cloud software. I noticed that Xero charges extra for its CIS module, but I don't think QB does. I haven't dealt with CIS for some time, it's the client who is going to be doing the monthly filing.  I wonder which of the two to recommend to him. I prefer Xero over QB when I am reviewing client's records but  if anyone can say which is simplest to use for CIS, I'd be grateful

There's not much between Xero and QBO so this is down to preference. Why Xero charge for CIS and QBO don't I've no idea. I lean towards Xero and clients seem to accept the additional charge, others will go the other way.
