Only a few of my clients are in the CIS system but one limited company client in particular has a large CIS repayment due for the year ended 31st March 2019. They want to offset this against their corporation tax bill but I cannot find the appropriate link on the HMRC website. There is one link that I came across but it seems to redirect me to a form asking me to set up an Agent Services Account, which I have already done for MTD purposes.
I did find a form a couple of years ago but this was before HMRC changed to this new super duper website that they now have.
Any help please?

Thank you very much for your time. I had this link set up on my bookmarks but I have a feeling that they updated the site a bit since I looked at it.
