I have a client who cant get into the gov gateway account for their organisation.
There is an old account set up with VAT connected to it, texting a number to a phone number they dont know. We suspect it was set up by an old agent who has gone out of business.
Having been round HMRC's website in a loop and failing to reseruct it, is there a way to just reset the whole thing and start again? I cant come up with anything.
