I've tried to request online access for a clients PAYE account to do the furlough pay and it keeps failing. The information is correct. The client has tried to add it to his portal and is getting a message saying the information doesn't exist or has already been used to access this tax or scheme. The information he has input is correct and he doesn't already have access. I'm at a loss what to do. I've been hanging on to the PAYE helpline for ages and have now been cut off. I'm sure I read a similar question on here a couple of days ago but I can't find it. Could some kind soul point me in the right direction?
