Clients lost mobile access to HUBDOC

Hello,

We use HUBDOC with Xero and I have had two client's who have lost access to HUBDOC via their smartphones over the last week or so.

It sounds like each had an issue and decided to delete and re-instal the app but can no longer access it using their usual credentials.

I am waiting for Xero to come back to me on this but wondered if anyone was already aware of a 'procedure' to resolve this?
