Cloud Software for Contacts and Deadlines

I am looking for recommendations for a simple piece of cloud based software which will let me keep all contact info, mutliple emails, phone nos, etc for each client, as well as a note of all the client accounts deadlines and confirmation statement deadlines.  Can anyone recommend something.

I am happy with my tax / companies house submission software, I use Trello for my to do lists and Xero for accounting.  I've looked at Xero Practice Manager and its over complicated for me.  I like to keep things very easy to use and simple but fit for purpose so not too simplistic.  

I am struggling to find one piece of software that will do the contacts and deadlines.

Have you looked at Accountancy Manager. I think you will find that it does what you need.

Tracking clients and deadlines should work with office 365 customer manager. There is also Microsoft Planner as part of the suite which could help. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2018/02/05/conquer-ti...

We've trialled loads but decided on Jetpack Workflow, been using it for over a year now, and really like it. Very quick/easy to set up and use.

From what you say, Accountancy Manager is the answer to your problem.

Once you've entered your clients' details, it auto populates most deadlines and you then simply check the tasks list daily. It will tell you what accounts filling deadlines are coming up, tax return deadlines, confirmation statements (the due dates / last filled dates are auto synced with companies House), vat, etc.

Certainly does everything you mention

We have used BTC practice manager for over a year now and found this an easily accessible and useable software to manage our client contacts, event schedules and reminders within. The software now includes communication preferences, e.g. email, text, phone which we have found invaluable to help with our GDPR administration. Their support staff are really good, and are always looking for suggestions for improvements!

HI, I started using Accountancy Manager just a few months ago, and the deadline management, task manager are great. It is easy to set up your clients. You can also send documents for approval and automate your engagement letter process etc

Have a look at AccountingHub. Its a great new piece of cloud software that includes forms and document signing client login etc etc as well
