Not much of a victory here for Ingenious, but still lots of money to fight over per para 43*, which possibly explains why so many QCs appeared.
Interesting how the UT rightly get criticized for overruling the FTT's findings of fact. That said, paras 165 & 166 strongly suggest the FTT got its findings of fact a bit wrong.
