Commission is paid on products sold by staff in a hairdressers eg shampoo, conditioner etc. Some of the staff receive regular commission from this varying from £2 to £50 a month. My undertstanding is that commission should be calculated in holiday pay, but am struggling to see how this could work in this situation, as it is very varied and of small amounts. has anyone come across this and can advise a way around it that is not vastly time consuming in calculating.
