Companies House telephone system currently says they have high call volumes and cuts me off.

Companies House telephone system currently says they have high call volumes and then cuts me off. It does not let me join the queue to be put through when I get to the front of the queue.

This has happened to me a few times in the recent past.

Has Companies House done this to anyone else?

Not just Companies House. HMRC do it, too. It avoids a "failed" call on their records.
