Please advise implications of this strategy.
I.e. TV License costs, council tax, benefit to employee and reclaimable amounts.

Clarification
I can see that my original question is not at all clear!
My company has a series of projects around the UK each lasting between 12-18 months.
We have specialists that we send to each area and rather than hefty daily commutes we set up a flat for them to live in.
Is it better to be in the name of the company or the individual? I have just started with the company and I am reviewing current policy.
Can anybody suggest some implications of this strategy?
