I advise clients to use a company formation agents software
£10 plus VAT
All electronic and done inside 24 hours
HMRC letter sent as post
Co House send a company directors responsibilties leaflet to director
But director uses Regd office as service address

Why would anyone give any other address?

What is the HMRC letter that's sent and is it to registered office address. Is company directors responsibility leaflet sent to the directors service address and how long for both of these to arrive at the moment. Thank You

It sounds more like you are trying to hide the formation from someone than worried about when you actually receive the booklets?

There's plenty of places that will act as registered offices, or solicitors/accountants who have ready formed shelf companies available. Bit more expensive but might be an option if this is your concern.

It was me who asked the question not the other person your referring to.
