Company registered office service

Recommendations

Didn't find your answer?

I currently have a number of clients using my office address as their registered office but am going to be working from home going forward and so dont want to use my home address for this purpose. Any recommendations that people have used and they have received a good service i.e. they email or post paperwork without significant delays.

Clients will soon need a registered email address. Why? Probably because there will be less paper and more emails from companies house.

I try to avoid being the registered office. Clients that have used third parties tend to regret it because of delays.

We have an agreement with a local firm of solicitors. They provide a registered office address for our clients and email scanned copies of documents weekly. The service works very well and is reasonably priced.

If you would like a similar arrangement, please contact [email protected].

I'm not sure you are aware of this thread, which David Winch posted, some time ago. It may be helpful

Hoxton Mix is pretty good, we've used them for many years without an issue
