Company Vab

Hi,   My client had use of a Company Van from 2009-2102 for delivering goods. The only possible private usage was home to work approximately 20 miles. Firstly is commuting in Van not taxable as BIK and secondly the Company is now trying to deduct monies from him for the past three years. They have never submitted and P11d (b) to my clients knowledge. Thanks Steve.
