Confirmation Statement

Didn't find your answer?

Hello all,

I have a client who has 900+ (but less than 1000) shareholders.

I need to prepare their confirmation statement including all 900+ shareholders, around 100 are already included so I'll need to add another 800 more. If you are familiar with the process it takes around 30 seconds to add one shareholder so this would be a mammoth task.

I cannot find on CH WebFilin a bulk upload feature, I've emailed CH but as you can imagine they're taking a while to respond currently.

I have searched for hours for some type of method to bulk upload a list of shareholders or a software that where shareholders can be bulk uploaded to and submitted to CH, with no success..

So, does anyone have any idea what I can do or know of a software which can assist me?

Any help is much appreciated.

You've "searched for hours" to avoid doing something that would take less than 3.5 hours?

Brilliant response.

It took me less than 10 seconds to get an answer via Google.

Slight over exaggeration on my part, thank you for your helpful response nonetheless.

Also, I doubt anyone could do it in 3.5 hours on CH WebFiling.

I'd probably use a spreadsheet to generate some autohotkey keyboard macros and get that down to 5 seconds per shareholder, but I think that's about as good as you can do with web filing.

There might be third party software that could do better, but for just one company the paper form option is probably cheaper at £40.
