do you mean with relation to s354 of CTA. ...think that deals with the issue if companies are connected then there is no Corporation tax impact...is this what the OP means?
ruddles...great contribution...sure the OP is very grateful
My response was the only answer that could be given to the question asked, based on the (lack of) information provided.
I couldn't give a toss whether or not the OP is grateful for the advice.
If you cant be bothered to offer something constructive don't bother at all. Go to the pub, order a pint of your namesake and chat to people at the bar who are going to be interested in your sarcastic, 'oo look at me' one-up-manship.
How is anyone meant to offer anything constructive when the OP gives no context re the question?
With the greatest respect, the most annoying thing about this site is postings which:
1. Lack detail/context.
2. Even when detail is eventually given it is like getting blood from a stone.
3. When this is pointed out someone takes a pop for A N Other not being helpful because they could not be bothered to write an essay answering all the possible perms of the question they might imagine; which will likely still not give the answer needed.
Frankly maybe you ought to supply free answers to x hundred queries on here before taking a pop at someone else who has.
