Consultancy paid to Director's PSC by CIC

Does consultancy from Director's personal service company have to be shown on form CIC 34?

Didn't find your answer?

I have been asked to prepare accounts for a CIC.  When reviewing the prior year accounts figures no director’s remuneration has been paid and form CIC 34 also states that no remuneration was paid.  However the CIC paid for consultancy provided by the director which was invoiced via her personal service company.  Under UK GAAP I presume this would have been shown as a related party transaction in the notes to the accounts and thus not needed disclosing again on form CIC 34.  Under FRS105 the consultancy charges are not disclosed as related party transactions, so should they now appear on from CIC 34 as other transactions or arrangements in connection with remuneration of directors?
