Hi all

Our practise has been experiencing issues with CT agent online services for while including 

- CT600's filed but not showing up as received with HMRC.

- CT paid but not being allocated/or being allocated to a VAT account (and in some instances refunded back!)

- Previous AP's not being updated when losses c/back and rebates issued (so we're non the wiser if a client has received).

Anyone else experiencing this?

Re the payments going to vat etc I have seen this caused by clients using online banking, who have HMRC set up with their bank for different taxes (CT,PAYE,VAT) and use the wrong one which has within it the wrong reference.

Other two not had issues.

Hi

In our case it was us who transferred the CT over via BACS from the client account. The monies simply disappeared and were never allocated to the account. A month later we had a refund from HMRC VAT! The reference was 100% correct even including the A001 etc at the end.

A CT600 that I filed online on 26th September (4 days ago) is OK showing as filed (P192).

I also see that a CT600 filed online on 22nd September (8 days ago) is showing online as received that date (S483).
