Didn't find your answer?

Hi has anyone based in the UK used Crunch Accountingin the past? I am wondering what your experience of accounting softwares that you have subsequenlty used are comparied to crunch? Is there anything that provides all or most of their features and is as easy to use?

How would any accountants on this forum know about a competitors bespoke software.

All I know that I have had clients move away from Crunch.

I understood that not all members on this forum were accountants. Also I assumed that some accountants would receive feedback from their clients moving away from Crunch.

Haha - you should perhaps stop making stupid *****ing responses? What return on investment did you get by making that comment (either social or financial capital)? Absolutely zero, you probably made a net loss on the social capital side of things with that comment.

Let's assume a couple of scenarios about the OP:

Scenario 1
OP is a business owner looking for some advice.

If someone walked into your firm and asked you that question, would you say that out loud to them? I doubt it. I detect "internet tough guy" syndrome. Joe Public doesn't have a great view of accountants and you don't help.

Scenario 2
OP is an accounting practice owner

This is a forum to ask accounting related questions and advice. His/her question is directly relevant to the subject matter. I've never used Crunch's software but I would be interested to hear other people's views on it. Why is that a stupid question?

Wind your neck in.

The OP asked the same question last week just worded slightly differently.

He is a Crunch Customer, but Crunch cocked up his Accounts and he is not happy with call centre style way he gets dealt with so he is looking to move away but he likes the Crunch software.

As crunch software is its own only Crunch staff or their clients will know what it does. As it's something they have developed themselves It will do a job but cannot see how it would have anything that is not available on other commercial software like Xero QBO who have invested huge amounts of cash in there products.

As Crunch software is only available to Crunch clients and the OP wants to leave Crunch, the question of what others think of there software is irrelevant.

If someone says Crucnh software is good will the OP forget about the [***] up and stay with them.

Waaayyy! Thanks for your annual contribution to the forum.

If you bothered to pop on here often you'd find this individual asking the same question. Perhaps he thinks he'll get a different response.

Turtle.

Accounting web is aimed at accountants and accountants do not use Crunch software. Hence I do not really understand the OP asking such a question as just do not think he or she will get an answer they are looking for.
