Hello and thanks for advice in advance...
I have successfully registered as an agent and have received a CT agent code (through post) The next step to enrol for this service is to enter:
Agent code and Postcode
I have done this and received error message that these details are not held at the office.
I have contacted that HMRC and they have mentioned that the postcode within the tax record has been entered incorrectly on their side.
To rectify this I need to write a letter to the agent maintainer to correct this....
Has anyone else faced an issue like this and if so how has this been sorted?
In the meanwhile how do I address this issue?
