Just before I went away on hol's, I chased up the Revenue on outstanding repayments for a number of clients.
The repayments all appear to have been issued whilst I was away, per HMRC Online, but I have not actually received any actual paper notices from the Revenue.
Does anyone know if HMRC have stopped issuing these paper repayment notices?
EDIT: Ahem, please ignore this question. The paper notice for at least one client has come in but has been filed whilst I was away. Ho hum, more haste less speed, methinks!
