i am tired and frustrated of getting in touch with HMRC about form ct61, client keeps on making payment and I am submitting them on their behalf but as usual HMRC are sending this payment back saying, amount not required....
any help would be much appreciated, it is really annoying when i call 03000 518371 it says "this persons phone is currently switched off". I mean W*** T** F***......

Try Royal Mail it generally gets through and don't send any more payments until the matter is resolved whatever it is
But first perhaps take a second opinion on who is right. If you are persuaded that HMRC are right there is no need even to write a letter.
Are you sure you are quoting the correct CT61 reference number when you are making the payment?
