I am working with a SME company (T/O circa £30m) providing IT Solutions to various clients. We are looking to replace the existing accounting system with a new system which provides good customer and contract profitability (in addition to normal financial reporting)

The main costs to be allocated would be people costs (installation and ongoing maintenance), hardware costs and software costs.

Any recommendations re. accounting systems which handle this particularly well?

Access Accounts
Hi David

We are an IT company and we use Access Accounts. It works very well for job profitability and provides plenty of analysis dimensions. We also implement and support it so if you would like to take a look then let me know.
