Client remortgaging and, as is usual, needs the tax calculation and TYO. 2019 Return prepared, approved, filed and acknowledged on Friday. As at this morning, no sign on the agent portal of it.

It's fairly usual for returns to take around 48 hours to appear (business hours). Wait until Wednesday and see what's happened.

Can't say I've ever noticed 48 hours excluding weekends. Are HMRC computers now taking weekends off?

There's manual steps in there, that's how they can use your return to generate a different liability to what you've filed.

Admittedly 19 years ago, but in my HMRC days the vast majority had no manual process for initial capture (there was an exception list, but it was much shorter than it is these days).

SteLacca, it's been a week since it was filed, has the return been captured?
