Desktop CUP Unit and/or All-in-One Windows 10 Mach

Desktop CPU Unit and/or All-in-One Windows 10 Mach

Didn't find your answer?

I am seeking the services of a company or individual that can custom build me a Windows 10 Professional desktop CPU unit.  I want it to meet my specific requirements.

I have looked at the usual such as offerings from Dell and although this and other companies have excellent units I am looking for something more bespoke for my needs.  I would therefore be grateful for contact details.  Thank you

Also, an alternative solution is that I buy an All-One-One machine.  Again I have looked at varying options and wondered if any acountant from this forum uses one and if so, what make/model etc you use and, of course, from what supplier you purchased.

Thank you all for your time.

Would you care to elaborate on your specific requirements? By their nature, all-in-ones are less flexible than units with a separate monitor and so I'm surprised that you think they might offer a better solution.

Thank you for this. An all-in-one would free up space for me.
That is why it is a consideration.

If desktop footprint is the consideration, have you considered a micro PC?

I know you said you'd looked at Dell. Did you see their microform models? They are about the size of a large hardback novel and there are less well-known manufacturers with even smaller units

To free up deskspace, google 'monitor arms', float your monitor over the desk (at the right height for you and easily adjustable), stick the cpu somewhere underneath the desk

simple and elegant

Nifty looking one here, but I haven't used it https://www.iurbo.com/uk/urbo-multi-rotational-monitor-arm

I use a very powerful laptop (It can handle live editing of multiple video streams). I have it made to order by

At the moment I am using that laptop at my daughter's singing lesson. It allows me to work wherever.

I am slightly short sighted and so without my glasses I can read a screen relatively close up. What I do is I have high resolution (4k) screen.

I accept that the requirements for accountancy probably would mean a bigger screen would help.

You can run a large screen off a laptop, you don't have to use the laptop screen, but if you have a laptop you have the flexibility of taking your computer with you to continue work elsewhere. That's what I do.
Just a thought.
