Difficulties with declaration of dividends to BVI from the UK

Difficulties with declaration of dividends to...

Dividends are to be declared by a foreign company to a UK company and then to the ultimate parent, a BVI company. The dividends will not be subject to a UK tax as they are merely passing through. The ultimate beneficial shareholder and directors of the BVI parent are not UK residents. Have you come across this arrangement before and are there any issues with dividends being declared from UK co to BVI co that one should be aware of?

Many thanks
