I use Digita File Cabinet for my practice document management system. As Thomson Reuters have now announced they are discontinuing the system I am looking for alternative solutions. I'm only a very small practice with a small budget and would appreciate any recommendations.
Thank you all in advance.

Sole-practioner here. Using Senta for sending / archiving / e-signing client docs. £30-odd a month for a pretty decent practice management system.
You could probably store *everything* on there if you wanted to, but I use Dropbox for my day-to-day stuff, synching to my laptops/iPad etc £80-odd a year.
I work for SuiteFiles - we are a document management system designed specifically for accounting firms. Check us out at www.suitefiles.com
Hey Leywood,
Thanks for the reply, definitely not doubling our prices! The only thing we are doing is having a minimum number of users starting June 1, but the price per user isn't changing at all.

Your cheapest offer is being removed for new users, so new users will pay double what previous new users would have paid.
That's a fair observation on the surface. However the reason we're removing the simply suite option, is that we have almost no clients on it all, and haven't had any new clients sign on for that option for some time. More than happy to have a chat if that helps?
Would rather see recommendations from forum users, rather than self recommendation from software companies link dropping on more than one post in a day. If all software companies did that we would be overrun. Cant say Ive ever seen any mention of it before on this site.
