Director Cash Withdrawal

Most tax advantageous way

Didn't find your answer?

A higher rate tax payer client, a director/shareholder of his own company would need to withdraw £25K for maintenance work on his house

Would it be better to withdraw it as Dividends or more tax advantageous to re-mortgage the house? or any other suggestion

There are too many variables to be able to answer that here, the person best placed to answer that question having access to the full facts would be the company accountant - have you asked them?

It is obviously an age thing, Vernons' Pools were founded in 1925. You did say a best 8 from 11 predictions on the Treble Chance score draws. When I was younger the old men sat in the pub, supping pints, and working out that week's ticket.

In effect the "bet" you made was a perm bet.
