Do Companies House make time to pay arrangements?

Client is in for the maximum penalty

Didn't find your answer?

i did warn him that CH would send the bill straight away (I did warn him of the consequences of not giving me the information on time two years in a row, but thats another matter).  Does anyone have any experience of this? Any idea how long he can string it out for?

Thanks

Julie

I've never heard of them offering a payment plan, they tend to just refer to debt collectors pretty quickly.

I would call and ask them

Their fines aren't normally that bad. How much are you talking about ?

£3k this is the second year that he was late, this time over six months (and he is hinting that its my fault, good luck with that one pal)

Let us know what Companies House say. It's certainly a waste of time appealing it, as I've had even the most heartfelt genuine reasons refused over the years.

Don't even bother with Companies House. Wait until the debt collectors get in touch (Akinika usually) then negotiate a payment plan. Should be able to pay over 10 months.
