Looking for ideas where you can scan client documents/correspondence and storing them on your server and then being able to search for documents using specfic words or phrases
Anyone using such a system?
We have a scanner in the office that can scan the documents to PDF, but you cannot search for specific words on the scanned documents
Also, our scanner just gives the document a generic name such as scan.pdf. We then have to manually rename the document.
Is there an easier way to scan and automatically name a document from the content of the scanned document?
