Domain registrars - any recommendations?

Who's good for cheap email addresses?

Didn't find your answer?

Hi there. A local club I volunteer for wants to set up its own domain, initially so we can have a dozen or so email addresses that seem business-like, and eventually set up our own website. Any suggestions as to a reliable but cheap registrar for a *.org.uk domain? Registering the domain itself looks straightforward enough, but the plethora of options to add on email seems anything but!

I register any domains via Google G-Suite.
Reasonably priced and you then have a professional email address (not @gmail) and can access the emails through either Gmail as I do, or however you want.

My earlier domain is with 1&1 Internet. They are good website hosts, but for email only I wouldn't bother. Their hosting is more expensive than Google.

I use 1&1 for domains & I can set up email addys easily through their control panel. I'm not very tecchy - so their may be better options!

Zoho will give you a free personalised email address for any domain you already own

There is a difference between Domain registration and hosting. LCN are one of the best and lowest cost Domain Registrars, but it is the hosting company that gives you your email addresses. Use a company such as Cloud Next for hosting and you can set up as many email addresses as you need through the control panel.

In order to have the emails you need to have a hosting package as well. I can do you both for £35 a year (no vat) and you'll have a control panel to set up as many emails as you need.

Drop me a PM if interested.
