donation made to an EU charity by an UK company

Didn't find your answer?

Are donations made to an EU charity by an UK company tax deductible for Corporation Tax purposes? If yes, what sort of supporting documents should be kept?

Edit: sorry I first read this the other way round (unless you have edited the question). the answer is broadly Yes, as long as you can prove that the EU charity would be charitable if it were established in this country

[Was: Are you saying that the EU charity is otherwise liable to UK corporation tax? ]
