My company has sent a food donation direct from Asda to a local charity. I have the receipt from Asda which I will process through the Credit card. Can this be coded as a Charitable Donation and if so do I need something from the charity to prove it was received?

You certainly should keep evidence that the groceries went to the foodbank rather than your home.
