Hi, I'd love your views and pointers on anything I've missed on the following:
I have a company who has carried out a project in Hong Kong, and had 16.5% tax witheld on their sales invoices.
However, after deducted the wages specifically for this project, the UK tax on the Hong Kong profits are much less meaning the DTR claim is significantly reduced.
Is it possible for the company to obtain a refund in Hong Kong to reduce the HK tax to that due on the profits? If so, how do they go about it?
Thank you
BB
