Hi, does anyone know if we need to submit somekind of EC sales declarations after brexit.

Your last ECSL is for the quarter ended 31 December 2020.
Unless you are registered for VAT in a EU MS, there is no on-going obligation to submit ECSLs.
For sales from Northern Ireland to EU then there is still a requirement for EC Sales Lists.
We have to remember that NI has special status, it is often easy to think NI is part of the UK, which it is, but for VAT we have to think GB not UK. It even catches me out still from time to time.
