As HMRC can't be bothered, this is an update on the problem some (or all?) agents are having when trying to file EC Sales lists. Agents may find the system goes around in circles and are unable to get past the login screen. As HMRC haven't posted any information on the 'online service issues' pages I called them this morning (18th April 0915). HMRC said they are aware of the problem and they were trying to resolve. They also said clients can still file EC Sales lists OK so suggested getting the client to file instead. I asked her to pass on my irritation (to put it mildly) at there being no information on HMRC's website about any service issues. What is the point of those pages?!
