I have requested reviews for 3 of my clients where HMRC say they are ineligible but we believe they are. The earliest being on the 6th May. I have not had any call backs at all to date.
On ringing one helpline today it was concluded I needed to ring the Agent Line, whereby at the end of a lengthy message they put the phone down on me (this is the second time as I rang them last week too).
Are others, having problems with the ringbacks?
