Entrepreneurs & residential letting relief?

Can residential letting relief and Entrepreneurs relief both be claimed on a FHL disposal?

A client has sold a property that has been used for FHL within the previous three years. The property has in the past also been used as a main residence and for residential letting. I don't see why the main residence exception shouldn't be claimed as well as Entrepreneurs relief, but I am uncertain whether residential letting relief can be claimed as well. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.
