Expense Reporting App/Sys compatible with Sage 50c

Hi All, our current Staff Expense Claim system is word/excel based and requires manual data input by staff.  I am looking for recommondations on systems or apps that will streamline the process.  I have looked at Sage Capture but I am not sure if can produce the reporting facility for 6 members of staff.  We are International so a system that will cope with foreign currency.  Thanks in advance

I have used AutoEntry with SageOne & that works well. And I know it integrates with Sage50 too. If it works the same way, you have to set up a supplier in Sage for each person. Then create a user in AE for each person & they get access to their bit - there is an app so they click a pic of their coffee receipt/train ticket & upload it. Other users can be set up to access & authorise the expense (if required) & others (you) to check the data fields & process. In SageOne it pulls them through on a csv to the supplier account, then you just have to pay it with a bank payment or however. I have found AE to be very helpful both in webchat & on the phone & they are happy to set up demos & training sessions if you really need help. Yes, there's a cost but buy credits in bulk & save & processing is definitely faster. Upside for the employee - click a pic & forget or enter mileage for each journey. Upside for you - the receipts are stored electronically. I have several clients (companies) on my dashboard & found it easy to set up the employees & 'allocate' them to a specific company. Hope that helps. (PS foreign currency, there is an inbuilt converter - will that do the job for you?)

ReceiptBank also connects with Sage 50c. Works in a similar way to AE and you can also connect TripCatcher to ReceiptBank for mileage expenses.
