Help?! For some reason the info on my client HMRC account for PAYE was wrong for Oct 17. HMRC have suggested client files an EYU to update their system. I use Moneysoft, EYU not possible so I'm supposed to set up using Basic PAYE tools - great.... Is there another way? Do we have to do this? Why can't HMRC accept my RTI submission receipts?
I have no idea why HMRC account does not mirror my Moneysoft RTI submission for this particular month - is it really up to us to resend HMRC this info? (NB I haven't yet spoken to HMRC about this (client has been liasing), they had 17 (can the HMRC software support that many employees?) people on payroll during 17/18 - that is a lot of data to input.
