FDs/finance teams and bridging software

Will you be using bridging software to comply with MTD for VAT?

Didn't find your answer?

In another AA thread (that I posted) on VAT issues facing accountants in industry, Tom123 noted that: "I imagine most large businesses will probably just cobble together something using bridging software - I know I am."

That piqued my interest re: bridging software. Will you be using a bridging solution? And how is the prep going for you? Will it be a makeshift solution?

Cheers,

Fran

We will be fudging something together using (hopefully free) bridging software.

It will be a permanent solution until someone from HMRC says otherwise.

Total waste of everyone's time, but there we go.

Yes

And it's from one of the big 4, so high quality cobblers at only £90

I was going to, and had NJT in mind, but as I mainly use VTT+ I will be upgrading to VT accounts, which as a bonus will also use it for account production as well, instead of doing it in taxfiler.

One of my clients is on Pandle, so I'm hoping that their solution is ready in time, otherwise that will have to go on bridging software.

Use VT as your bridging software in the case of pandle?
