Client forgot to provide details of 2 rather large expenses (£10k+ each) he purchased on his personal credit card, one is related to 2017/18 and the other 2018/19. It is a simple update and submit for 2018/19 the other will require a letter to HMRC.
I was thinking of charging £50 for 2018/19 and £150 for 2017/18. Sound fair?

More than fair for 2017/18; but watch the client doesn't spot the double-charge for 2018/19.
How material is £10k each year?
Any danger of your having to submit amended accounts to HMRC / Cos House?
Oops SATRs; I read too much into "£10k on his personal credit card".
OP, that's quite a tax-saving! Maybe you should employ value-pricing and charge your client a few grand!
It sounds like work is required as opposed to just adding a figure then electronically submitting an amended return. If so far to cheap.
I have a simple rule. I charge more than my plumber charges me.
With that sort of quantum of missed expenses for SA (I assume self employment) is there a risk HMRC might believe your client's record keeping to be poor and launch an enquiry on the back of the admission of the omissions?
If quoting a fixed fee for the resubmissions maybe you ought to be crystal clear to the client at the outset what follow on work you will cover for the £50 and £150 fees to avoid mission creep and unpaid work.
