Fee Quote

Fee Quote

Didn't find your answer?

I would like to ask  you dear colleagues how much you would quote your clients to value a small trading family company, do tax computations and do all the necessary paperwork to transfer shares to family members. I would be most grateful.

Are you also possibly going to have to argue /negotiate with shares/assets valuation team? If so you likely want to either also quote an hourly rate re this or make it clear your quote stops at just valuation, computations and paperwork re same,

A professional valuation depends on many things. Nature of business, state of records, type of assets etc. Similarly tax calculations depend on the individuals circumstances so a quote must be open ended.
That being said we charge £100ph and the last one like this we did cost £1100 3 people collapsing shares into 1 ownership, T/O<£4M, assets Plant & Machinery + recently valued property no other capital transactions for shareholders in year.

P.s. I did write a book on valuing your business, there are resources available on line, but a professionals valuation does stop HMRC digging too much
