FILING COMPANY ACCOUNTS AND CT600 TO HMRC

FILING COMPANY ACCOUNTS AND CT600 TO HMRC

Didn't find your answer?

I am unable to submit a small companys accounts and ct600 using hmrc software because the company bought back its own shares in the year from a retiring director so i have now got a capital redemption reserve etc . Any suggestions the best way to resolve this problem . (if purchasing of suitable software is the only solution can someone recommend an option for me which is very simple to use )

DON'T SHOUT

Find an accountant with third party software who is prepared to take your TB, load it into their software, tweak the resulting accounts so that the text is similar to your version, iXBRL tag the accounts, produce a CT computation which hopefully agrees with yours and file the CT600, computations and iXBRL accounts by internet.  Expect a fee of not less than £250.

Be careful, Euan

I was reprimanded by the moderators for advising another contributor to stop SHOUTING on this forum :)

EDIT (or should that be 'edit'): thanks to moderator for turning down the volume :)
