Final Accounts Software for small business clients

Any ideas ?

Didn't find your answer?

We currently use Sage Start for the smaller client who charge £12 p.a. for Software usage.

Having acquired additional clients we asked to increase our licences by 25 but their best offer is now £84 p.a. as they have apparently undersold the product.

The Accountant in me calculated this was an increase just above the R.O.I. and we politely declined, £84 annual software costs to produce a £295 fee client isn't doable.

Any suggestions out there for a user friendly Accounting Software that doesn't cost the earth as we are thrifty Northerners.

Although now retired (thank goodness) we used VT for clients, especially those that could use cash book.

Taxfiler all the way for me (and I'm a thrifty Northerner)

£20 pcm Monthly fee includes everything for 30 clienrs! Cloud-based, final accounts, personal/ partnership/ trust tax, corp tax, VAT bridging software, basic practice management, online approval through Iris OpenSpace.

Only downside, you're stuck with a rigid TB but... uf you're only dealing with small business accounting, it will certainly suffice!
